Key Responsibilities

As an Assistant General Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading the Front and Back of the House teams to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.
  • Managing day-to-day operations, including inventory control, scheduling, and staff supervision.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
  • Representing the company on guest recovery and resolving restaurant-level issues/complaints.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent leadership skills, a strong focus on customer satisfaction, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. In return, we offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on experience.
