Currently, we are in search of a Pharmacist to join our team. The Pharmacist will deliver high-quality pharmaceutical care to patients, healthcare providers, and other medical staff, adhering to established professional standards.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Duties

• Efficiently processes medication orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in accordance with departmental protocols.

• Demonstrates proficiency in aseptic techniques and prepares sterile products in compliance with industry standards.


Clinical Responsibilities

• Conducts clinical interventions based on approved protocols and professional judgment.

• Provides drug information and consultations to healthcare professionals and patients.


Quality Improvement

• Actively engages in departmental quality and performance enhancement initiatives.

• Supports the Lead Pharmacist and Manager with various operational projects.


Regulatory Compliance

• Adheres to all regulatory and professional standards, offering suggestions for improvements as necessary.


Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or PharmD.

Experience: Minimum of 1 year of hospital experience preferred.

Licenses: Valid Pharmacist License in New Jersey.

Skills: Strong organizational, professional, and interpersonal skills; proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
