Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome residents and visitors in a professional, courteous, and timely manner.
  • Accurately record resident and guest orders, inputting selections into a point-of-sale or similar electronic tracking system.
  • Deliver meals and beverages promptly and professionally.
  • Manage room service orders and ensure timely delivery, retrieving trays after dining.
  • Clear tables during and after dining sessions.
  • Set tables appropriately and efficiently.
  • Maintain pantry areas with sufficient supplies, complete assigned tasks, and ensure thorough cleaning of culinary spaces.
Qualifications:
  • No formal education required.
  • No prior experience necessary; a willingness to learn is essential.
