We are currently seeking a full-time Highway Maintenance Technician to join our team in Debris Removal. This role will involve performing advanced maintenance operations in the East and West Bexar county area during the night shift. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks related to highway drainage maintenance and TMA driving, adhering to all applicable federal, state, and local regulations, as well as our company policies and procedures.

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 2 years of related experience, with expertise in operating a chainsaw and proficiency in TMA driving (1 year experience). Additionally, exposure to using shovels, weed trimming machinery, brooms, and various small hand tools is desirable. A CDL license is a plus, but not required. Bilingual candidates with English/Spanish (read/write) skills are preferred but not necessary. A clean driving record and the ability to pass a criminal background check are essential.

The successful candidate will be based in San Antonio, TX, and will work a full-time night shift schedule, typically 8pm - 5am, Sunday-Wednesday, and some Thursdays. The position offers a competitive base pay, with an estimated salary of $15-$20 per hour, depending on experience and certifications.
