Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Hematology/Oncology Physician to join our team at a Level II trauma center. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical oncology and hematology, with experience in rounding at a hospital and supporting a team of healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities:

* Provide medical care to patients with various types of cancer and blood disorders
* Conduct rounds at the hospital, collaborating with the support staff
* Manage paper orders and charts for infusion therapy
* See 12-13 patients per day, with 1-hour new consults and 30-minute follow-ups
* Work in a fast-paced environment, with ongoing coverage needed
* Utilize Cerner EMR system, with a transition to Epic expected soon

Requirements:

* Board certification in Hematology/Oncology
* 6-8 weeks for credentialing
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
