About the Role
As an Enterprise Sales Strategist at T-Mobile, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue expansion across various industries. You will work closely with senior-level field sales teams and executive C-level client leaders to develop business strategies and drive revenue growth through product solutions.

This role requires a high-performing and motivated technical salesperson who can position solutions with Hyperscaler companies such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, and Google GCP for Edge compute solutions. You will need to exhibit a healthy balance of both technical infrastructure (wireline & wireless) knowledge and consultative client engagement skills.

The ideal candidate will have experience in selling complex product solutions as a lead salesperson or customer-facing Solutions Engineer, specifically focused on new logos or pure prospects. You will also need to demonstrate success in meeting and exceeding sales targets and leadership expectations.

T-Mobile offers a competitive salary and compensation package, including a base pay range of $93,000 - $167,820, and target incentives of up to $155,000 - $279,700. We also offer comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, a flexible spending account, 401(k), employee stock grants, employee stock purchase plan, paid time off, and up to 12 paid holidays per year.
