We are a residential treatment program exclusively for adults seeking treatment for Anorexia Nervosa, Bulimia Nervosa, Binge Eating Disorder, or Exercise Addiction in West Linn, OR. Our treatment approach focuses on restoring physiological and nutritional balance, implementing healthy eating and exercise routines, eliminating harmful behaviors, and developing motivation and treatment engagement. Each client achieves a clear understanding of their eating and/or exercise disorder and its effect on their life, as well as an individualized appreciation of what is necessary for their personal recovery.

We are seeking a per diem Recovery Coach to join the Monte Nido team. The ideal candidate will be a key player in integrating and supporting the clients through their recovery journey. Responsibilities include:

  • Providing support and intervention consistent with the clients treatment plan.
  • Engaging clients in developing healthy and appropriate connections with other clients in the milieu and the team.
  • Assisting in food prep and set-up; modeling and supervising client meals and snacks.
  • Exposure to therapeutic groups and developing core skills to promote clinical growth.
  • Conducting rounds and providing observations.
  • Occasionally, driving clients off-site for appointments and activities.

Requirements include a minimum of 2 years post-high school education, with a Bachelor's in Psychology preferred. Additionally, at least one year of experience in a mental or behavioral health setting is highly desired, with a valid state-issued Driver's License and safe driving history required. We require good communication and client relations skills, service orientation, flexibility, and the ability to work as a member of a team.

The estimated annual salary for this position is $50,000 - $70,000, based on the location and industry standards.
