Key Responsibilities:
Program Management Expertise:
- Engage with key stakeholders to ensure alignment with program objectives and mission success.
- Lead software development initiatives to achieve sophisticated project goals.
- Oversee the design and implementation of supporting projects, ensuring adherence to project standards.
- Supervise and evaluate the performance of team members and subcontractors.
- Manage all facets of a multifaceted program, including budget oversight and compliance with contractual obligations.
- Handle recruitment, performance evaluations, and personnel management.
- Act as the primary liaison with clients.
Salesforce Development Skills:
- Facilitate Salesforce implementation efforts, providing guidance to development teams.
- Utilize both configuration and custom development techniques to deliver tailored solutions.
- Optimize the Salesforce ecosystem, demonstrating expertise across various Salesforce products.
- Ensure compliance with federal security standards and development guidelines.
- Meet engineering and coding deadlines throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct thorough testing of solutions as necessary.
- Adhere to Agile methodologies in IT project management.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or higher from an accredited institution recognized by the US Department of Education - Required
- US Citizenship - Required
- Salesforce Certifications - Required
- Experience in Program or Project Management - Required
- Experience with MuleSoft - Preferred
- Minimum of 10 years of Salesforce Developer experience
Technical Proficiencies:
- Experience with MuleSoft - Required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 applications including Skype/Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
Physical Requirements:
While performing the duties of this role, the employee may occasionally be required to stand, walk, sit, and use hands to handle objects or controls. The ability to lift or move up to 20 pounds may be necessary. Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
