Job Summary
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Lead Teacher to lead our team and provide exceptional care and education to our students. Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations and supervise staff to ensure a safe and productive learning environment
- Implement educational programs that meet the needs of our students and align with our curriculum

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
- 3+ years of experience in childcare or teaching, preferably in a leadership role
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues
