About the Role:

This is a unique opportunity to utilize your nursing skills in a supportive, non-clinical setting where you can make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals with disabilities. As an LPN Caregiver and Support Specialist, you will provide direct support, advocate for your clients' needs, and help them develop skills for daily living and community participation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide Personalized Care: Deliver tailored support services, advocating for the individuals in your care to ensure their dignity and well-being.
  • Foster Independence: Assist clients in developing daily living skills and participating fully in their community.
  • Support Job Placement: Help clients prepare for job searches, resume building, and interviews to aid their entry into the workforce.
  • Maintain Safety and Cleanliness: Ensure a clean, safe environment and assist with daily living tasks, including personal hygiene, as needed.

Requirements:

  • Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) required
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
