As an LPN Caregiver and Support Specialist, you will provide direct support, advocate for your clients' needs, and help them develop skills for daily living and community participation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide Personalized Care: Deliver tailored support services, advocating for the individuals in your care to ensure their dignity and well-being.
  • Foster Independence: Assist clients in developing daily living skills and participating fully in their community.
  • Support Job Placement: Help clients prepare for job searches, resume building, and interviews to aid their entry into the workforce.
  • Maintain Safety and Cleanliness: Ensure a clean, safe environment and assist with daily living tasks, including personal hygiene, as needed.

Requirements:

  • Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) required
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
