We're seeking a skilled ServiceNow Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you'll be responsible for developing and configuring workflows, processes, APIs, and reports in our ITIL environment.

Your primary focus will be on solution architecture, requirements engineering, and administration of ServiceNow. You'll work closely with internal customers and service owners to deliver high-quality solutions that meet their needs.

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and configuring workflows, processes, APIs, and reports in the ITIL environment
• Providing primary support for internal customers and service owners, including requirements engineering and solution architecture
• Administering and further developing ServiceNow
• Maintaining and developing the service portal
• Participating in testing and quality management for the ServiceNow platform
