As a Crew Lead Night Janitor, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our building, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our staff and visitors.

Responsibilities:

* Clean and supply designated building areas, including dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and cleaning ceiling vents
* Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities
* Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects
* Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs
* Make adjustments and minor repairs
* Stock and maintain supply rooms
* Cooperate with the rest of the staff
* Follow all health and safety regulations

Requirements:

* High School diploma or G.E.D. helpful, but not required
* 1+ years of janitorial experience
* Supervisory experience is helpful but not required
* Certifications/Licenses: Driver's License (regular license in IL, WI, OH, SC; or Class E in MO)
* Pre-Employment Tests: N/A
* Computer Skills: N/A
* Background Checks: Must pass criminal background check. Must pass various State and Federal registry checks. Must pass DCFS Abuse and Neglect Tracking System check.
* Driving: Must pass driving history check and Company policy criteria. Must maintain valid driver's license and be 21 or older to drive Company van to transport workers, supplies, and equipment between building assignments.
