Position Overview:
Insight Global is seeking an EDI Solutions Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role will focus on enhancing and managing Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) processes, ensuring seamless sales transactions and superior service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the US Sales Order Management team to support EDI initiatives.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Maintain and develop visualization tools, such as PowerBi and Tableau, to present critical data insights.
- Engage in metrics development to drive informed decision-making.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree is required.
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in EDI, preferably within the healthcare sector.
- Proficiency in creating and maintaining data visualization tools is highly preferred.
- Experience in metrics development is advantageous.
Compensation and Benefits:
Compensation for this position ranges from $26 to $37 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. Benefit packages commence on the 31st day of employment and include comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance, along with HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options. Additionally, employees will have access to a 401k retirement plan with employer matching, as well as paid sick leave and other paid time off as per applicable laws.
