Art Director Opportunity at Clutch

Clutch Creative is a rapidly growing staffing agency that supports clients by identifying top talent to drive business growth. We're looking for an Art Director with brand-side experience to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute websites, interactive assets, and traditional design that meet brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to create visual style and concept ideas.
  • Present ideation through sketches and storyboards.
  • Maintain quality throughout the design process.
  • Execute design of marketing assets as specified by briefs under leadership direction.
  • Brainstorm and strategize with the team to develop creative direction.
  • Create visual prototypes to illustrate creative concepts.
  • Understand audience and communicate work with business leaders.
  • Cross-collaborate with the creative team and leadership.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in web and interactive design working with a single brand, in-house.
  • Bachelor's degree in design or similar with a minimum GPA of 3.0 (transcripts required for confirmation).
  • Strong experience in visual design, websites, interactive design, traditional design, photography, and videography.
  • Portfolio with a variety of design projects across different media required.
  • Experience with motion graphics or animation preferred.
  • Previous experience leading a team of Designers.
