We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Freedom Attendance Clerk. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate attendance records, ensuring compliance with district policies, and providing excellent customer service to students, parents, and staff.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date attendance records for students, including tardiness and absences
  • Ensure compliance with district policies and procedures related to attendance
  • Provide excellent customer service to students, parents, and staff, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and other staff members to ensure accurate attendance records and resolve attendance-related issues
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Working Conditions:

This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, with occasional evening or weekend work as needed. The successful candidate will be required to pass a background check and provide proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
