Job Summary

As a Seasonal RN, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and promoting a safe and therapeutic environment. Your expertise will help patients navigate the healthcare system effectively, reducing complications and improving outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct Thorough Assessments using good judgment and clinical reasoning, following established practice standards.
  • Develop and Implement Care Plans that address patient and family needs, making adjustments as necessary.
  • Create Safe and Therapeutic Environments for patients, families, and staff.
  • Manage Emotional and Physical Pain to promote recovery and prevent unnecessary suffering.

Qualifications
  • Nursing Degree from a recognized program or two years of relevant work experience.
  • Minimum of One Year's Experience in the field of nursing.
  • Valid Registered Nurse License and ability to obtain Basic Life Support certification within the first 30 days of employment.
