Position Overview:
eCruit is in search of a dedicated Wealth Management Advisor with CFP or ChFC & Series 65 for a full-time on-site role. This position is designed for an individual who is passionate about providing exceptional financial guidance and support to clients.
This role is pivotal as the lead advisor on our Wealth Advisory Team, focusing on delivering outstanding service to our clientele.
Candidates must possess a clean U4 and background check, along with a minimum of 3 years of experience in client investment management and financial planning. A CFP or ChFC designation (or nearing completion) and Series 65 certification are mandatory. A genuine passion for financial planning and assisting clients in achieving their financial objectives is essential. Proficiency in financial planning software and SalesForce is required.

Key Responsibilities:
As the lead advisor, you will:
- Guide a team focused on excellence in comprehensive wealth management.
- Provide scheduled portfolio reviews and holistic financial planning advice.
- Respond promptly to client inquiries and requests.
- Offer ongoing advice to clients, emphasizing a service-oriented approach.
- Collect and update client financial data efficiently.
- Organize and ensure the accuracy of relevant client information, including financial statements and investment portfolios.
- Manage client data within financial software.- Generate reports and analyses to support client meetings and presentations.
- Conduct financial analyses covering portfolio, insurance, tax, estate, retirement, and asset protection.
- Explore opportunities for paid education and career advancement, including:
- Management roles (including C-level positions)
- Advanced wealth specialization (tax or legal)
- Business Development
- Other growth opportunities within our expanding national advisory network.
Mentorship and Career Development:
Enhance your expertise in advanced wealth management through extensive training and collaboration with a team of CFPs/CFAs led by experts in Financial & Retirement Planning and Tax Law.
- Advanced estate planning and trust design.
- Customized portfolio management with technical analysis.

- Learn to coordinate clients' wealth plans and collaborate with internal legal and tax teams.
Long-Term Career Path:
- Engage in a thorough orientation training program while familiarizing yourself with clients, followed by ongoing advanced training.
- Manage a client portfolio with support from paraplanner staff.
- Opportunities for advancement to C-level positions or specialized planning roles.
- Potential for partnership based on exceptional performance.
Performance Metrics:
- Deliver timely quarterly portfolio and financial planning advice.
- Maintain regular communication with clients via phone or email each quarter.
- Document and manage planning tasks to completion, including recap communications to clients.
- Respond to client service requests promptly.
- Oversee and manage your support team to ensure timely task completion.
- Facilitate appropriate referrals for estate, tax, and asset protection services.
- Convert client assets to eCruit management effectively.
- Generate new client referrals from existing clients.
Qualifications:
- CFP completed or nearing completion.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in the financial services sector, preferably in a client-facing role.
- Series 65 or Series 66 license.
- Knowledge of investment solutions and financial planning strategies.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experienced with investment software.
- Familiarity with Money Guide Pro or similar financial planning software is preferred.
