Job Title: Respiratory Therapist

We are seeking a skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our team at Barrett Hospital & Healthcare. As a Respiratory Therapist, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare team.

About the Job

This is a travel Respiratory Therapist position, working in Dillon, Montana. The ideal candidate will have experience in respiratory care and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities
  • Assist patients with breathing difficulties, including those with chronic respiratory diseases such as emphysema and asthma.
  • Provide emergency aid for breathing problems, heart attacks, drowning, and shock.
  • Work with patients of all ages, from infants with undeveloped lungs to adults with lung disease.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement effective treatment plans.
Requirements
  • Current licensure as a Respiratory Therapist in the state of Montana.
  • Experience working in a hospital setting, preferably in a critical care unit.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
