Job Overview:

Maxim Healthcare is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality patient care in a home setting.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent clinical judgment and be able to make effective decisions under the guidance of our Director of Clinical Services.

Responsibilities:
  • Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
  • Conduct thorough interviews to identify patient needs and develop effective care plans.
  • Evaluate signs and symptoms of physiologic and psychosocial changes to provide comprehensive care.
  • Collect and interpret data to document nursing diagnoses and develop targeted interventions.
  • Perform other RN duties as assigned by our clinical team.
Qualifications:
  • Current Ohio Registered Nurse (RN) License.
  • Active CPR/BLS Certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
