Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Behavioral Therapist to join our team at North Arrow ABA. As a Behavioral Therapist, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans for children with autism, providing supervision and support to Behavior Technicians, and collaborating with families and other professionals to achieve optimal outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans for children with autism, incorporating evidence-based interventions and assessments.
  • Provide supervision and guidance to Behavior Technicians, ensuring they have the necessary skills and support to deliver high-quality care.
  • Collaborate with families and other professionals to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and training to stay current with best practices in ABA and autism treatment.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of new programs and services, ensuring they align with North Arrow ABA's mission and values.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field.
  • Active certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA).
  • At least 2 years of experience working with children with autism and other developmental disabilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with families, colleagues, and other professionals.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
