Job Title: Critical Care Pulmonologist

About the Role:
This exciting opportunity is available in Willamette Valley, Oregon for a board-certified or eligible Pulmonary/Critical Care physician or Intensivist. The ideal candidate will have excellent clinical skills and be able to manage patients effectively in an open ICU setting. The role involves co-managing patients with hospitalists and surgeons, providing advance bronchoscopy services, and working closely with other medical professionals to ensure high-quality patient care.

The successful candidate will join a team of dedicated healthcare professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional patient care. The practice operates in a 12-20 bed open ICU environment, utilizing the EPIC EMR system. As part of this dynamic team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful contribution to the lives of patients and their families.

Salary and Benefits:
The salary for this position is highly competitive, with a base annual salary of $400,000 plus incentive bonus.
