We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Electrical Engineer with a Professional Engineer (PE) license to lead our EV charging infrastructure projects. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage EV charging infrastructure projects from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and compliance with regulations and standards.

  • Mentor and lead a team of engineers and technicians, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.

  • Ensure compliance with the National Electrical Code (NEC) and relevant safety standards throughout the design and installation processes.
  • Stay current on advancements in EV charging technology and industry trends, incorporating this knowledge into project designs.
  • Support business development by identifying new project opportunities and building relationships with potential clients.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license in Electrical Engineering.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical engineering, preferably with a focus on EV charging infrastructure.
  • Expertise in electrical codes and standards, including the NEC, and EV charging protocols (e.g., SAE J1772, CHAdeMO).
  • Proficiency in electrical design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit).
  • Strong understanding of power systems, electrical distribution, and grounding.
  • Proven project management skills and the ability to lead teams.
