Key Responsibilities- Assessment and Planning: Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical, emotional, and social needs, and develop individualized plans of care to address these needs.
- Care Delivery: Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and educating patients and families on health-related topics.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work effectively with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care, communicate with patients and families, and provide timely updates on patient status.
- Quality Improvement: Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes, reduce errors, and promote a culture of safety.
- Education: Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent.
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a related nursing specialty.
- Licenses/Certifications: RN License in the state of employment or compact, Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Full-time position with a 12-hour shift schedule, 6PM - 6AM.
