">About the Role">This role is responsible for maintaining our fleet of commercial vehicles, including tractors, trailers, and refrigeration units. You will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, troubleshooting and repairing complex equipment issues, and ensuring that all work is completed in accordance with industry standards and regulations.
">The successful candidate will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. You will also possess strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with colleagues and drivers.
">Key Responsibilities">- Perform routine maintenance tasks on commercial vehicles, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake pad replacements.
- Troubleshoot and repair complex equipment issues, including engine problems and electrical system malfunctions.
- Ensure that all work is completed in accordance with industry standards and regulations, including EPA and OSHA guidelines.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including time spent and parts used.
- Collaborate with colleagues and drivers to ensure smooth vehicle operation and minimize downtime.
To be considered for this role, you must have:
