Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide physical therapy services to patients in their homes, focusing on improving mobility, strength, and overall quality of life.
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.

Requirements:

  • Current PT license as required by state
  • CPR certification with American Heart Association or American Red Cross
  • 1 year of experience in a healthcare facility
  • Ability to meet physical demands of the job
  • Positive attitude and dedication to quality patient care
  • Strong communication skills and reliable transportation
