Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse Long Term Care

Cross Country Nurses is seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a long-term care travel job in Montgomeryville, Pennsylvania.

Job Summary:

As a licensed practical nurse, you will provide patient care under the supervision of a nurse or physician in a hospital, private practice, home health environment, or other type of healthcare facility. Your responsibilities will include monitoring patient vitals, performing testing, collecting samples, changing dressings, helping patients eat, dress, or bathe, keeping accurate records, and more.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide patient care under the supervision of a nurse or physician
  • Monitor patient vitals and perform testing
  • Collect samples and change dressings
  • Help patients with daily activities such as eating, dressing, and bathing
  • Keep accurate records of patient care
Requirements:
  • 1 year of recent acute care experience in long-term care
  • Current state licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse
