Compensation and Benefits

As an overnight regional intermodal driver with Schneider, you can expect:

  • A competitive estimated annual salary of $85,000
  • Mileage pay and load pay, plus hourly pay while on duty, not driving
  • Longevity bonus: Earn 3% of annual gross pay each year
  • Paid orientation
  • Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year
Job Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
  • Tanker endorsement and HazMat endorsement are strongly preferred
  • Minimum 3 months of Class A driving experience
  • Live within 100 miles of Joliet, IL
