Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Expeditor to join our team at Hannaford Supermarkets. As an Expeditor, you will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process and fulfill customer orders in a timely and accurate manner
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Maintain a safe and efficient work environment, adhering to company policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management
Requirements
  • Effective communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role or order fulfillment environment
  • Knowledge of company policies and procedures
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
