Senior Technical Instructor

Gulfstream Aerospace Corporation is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Instructor to join our team. As a Technical Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering training and development programs to our technical employees, focusing on aircraft systems and technical skills.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and deliver training programs to ensure technical employees have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs safely and effectively.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to design and deliver training content that meets the needs of our technical employees.
- Provide guidance and support to technical employees to ensure they understand and can apply technical data and documentation practices.
- Develop and maintain training materials, including lesson plans, presentations, and assessments.
- Conduct training sessions, workshops, and one-on-one coaching to technical employees.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in aircraft systems and technical skills.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in a technical training or instructional role.
- Proven experience in developing and delivering training programs.
- Strong knowledge of aircraft systems and technical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
