As a Customer Engagement Specialist, you will excel in delivering exceptional customer service, master consultative selling techniques, and share our enthusiasm for fitness and innovative workout methods. Your responsibilities will include achieving or surpassing sales targets and representing our studio positively both inside and outside the facility.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service Excellence

  • Greet members and guests warmly, fostering a welcoming environment
  • Assist with class check-ins efficiently
  • Recommend and promote additional products to enhance member experience
  • Address customer inquiries in a timely manner

Consultative Sales Approach

  • Drive the sales process aligned with established goals

Lead Management

  • Oversee leads through calls, texts, and video communications

Studio Maintenance

  • Ensure the studio is clean and inviting for members
  • Maintain an organized and tidy retail area and front desk

Front Desk Operations

  • Assist with essential front desk paperwork
  • Restock supplies in bathrooms, front desk, and office areas
  • Support members with various tasks including calls and messages
  • Create welcome materials for prospective members
  • Complete additional assigned responsibilities as needed

Qualifications

  • Strong passion for health and fitness
  • Positive attitude with effective problem-solving abilities
  • Previous sales experience is advantageous
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer proficiency
  • High school diploma or equivalent
