- Provide technical assistance to sales account managers and customers via phone, written correspondence, and webcasts.
- Develop and deliver lessons learned training to support product releases.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of engineering experience.
- Strong mechanical and analytical abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Willingness to travel up to 20% for equipment installation and troubleshooting.
