The Michigan State University College of Law is seeking a highly qualified Visiting Lecturer to join our faculty for the academic year. As a Visiting Lecturer, you will have the opportunity to teach law and law-related classes, develop class materials, and provide advice and guidance to students.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and teach law and law-related classes
- Provide academic guidance and support to students
- Assist with the promotion and development of MSU College of Law programs
Requirements
- Knowledge of the legal profession
- Ability to work with a diverse group of people
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience working with computer applications, including legal databases
Preferred Qualifications
- J.D., Ph.D., or equivalent degree
- Prior teaching experience
