Job Title: Senior Phlebotomist

Location: Denver, CO

Duration: Full-time position with potential for extension

Shift: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday

Compensation: $24 per hour on W2

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect high-quality blood specimens from patients and prepare samples for laboratory analysis while adhering to established protocols and guidelines.
• Engage directly with patients, fostering an environment of trust and assurance while clearly explaining procedures and skillfully obtaining blood samples.
• Exhibit proficiency in both forensic and clinical specimen collection, with required experience in pediatric and geriatric capillary and venipuncture techniques.
• Uphold Leadership Principles while emphasizing process excellence and maintaining confidentiality and accuracy regarding patient information.
• Execute both forensic and clinical specimen collection and processing tasks in accordance with established practices and protocols.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation as required.
• Demonstrate commitment to organizational values and promote a positive image to patients, clients, colleagues, and the broader community.
