Requirements:
- Active RN licensure in California
- BSN degree or higher from an accredited program
- At least 2 years of experience in PICU or similar pediatric critical care setting
- Strong clinical skills, particularly in areas such as hemodynamic management, ventilation, and cardiovascular stability
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse populations
