We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Tanger Ambassador. As a Tanger Ambassador, you will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our shoppers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service and support to shoppers, retailers, and vendors.
  • Act as a knowledgeable representative of the Tanger brand, educating shoppers on our benefits and services.
  • Assist with marketing initiatives and events to promote our centers and drive revenue.
  • Develop and maintain expert knowledge of our centers, amenities, and services.
  • Collect and record customer feedback and information as needed.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
