About the Role

We are seeking a talented Clinical Psychologist to join our team at LifeStance Health in the greater Portland area. As a key member of our clinical team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to our mission of improving access to trusted, affordable, and personalized mental healthcare.

Responsibilities
  • Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of mental health conditions to adults, children, and adolescents.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including testing and assessment batteries, report writing, and feedback sessions.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and coordination.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and evidence-based treatments.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment that fosters growth and development.

Requirements
  • PhD or PsyD in Clinical Psychology from an accredited program.
  • Licensed and credentialed in Oregon.
  • Experience in caring for adults, children, and adolescents, or across the lifespan.
  • Experience with testing intakes, planning batteries for assessments, report writing, and feedback sessions.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
