Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our team at Snodlock Investments LLC. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality meals for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation: Prepare and present food in an appealing manner, adhering to our high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Kitchen Operations: Set up the kitchen with necessary tools and equipment, maintain inventory levels, and restock as needed.
  • Food Safety: Follow all food safety regulations and guidelines to ensure a safe and healthy environment for our customers.
  • Team Collaboration: Participate in daily kitchen opening and closing procedures, and work collaboratively with other kitchen staff to achieve our goals.
Requirements
  • Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, but not required.
  • Certifications: ServeSafe or Food Handlers Certification is a plus.
  • Skills: Advanced knowledge of culinary techniques and recipes, ability to remain calm under pressure, and excellent time management skills.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including standing for long periods and lifting up to 40 pounds.
