We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Clinic Veterinarian to join our team at Animal Humane Society. As a key member of our veterinary team, you will provide high-quality medical care to animals in need, while also promoting a culture of compassion and empathy within our organization.
Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive examinations, vaccinations, and routine medical procedures to ensure the health and well-being of shelter and external customer animals.
- Collaborate with clients to develop accessible plans to diagnose and treat medical conditions, and provide recommendations for follow-up care.
- Perform HQHVSN and other general surgeries and dental procedures, while maintaining accurate and detailed records.
- Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless care and support.
- Must hold a valid Minnesota license to practice veterinary medicine.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of attention to detail and a commitment to providing exceptional care.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.
- Physical and emotional capabilities to handle the demands of high-volume work in a clinic and shelter environment.
- A competitive salary range of $95,000 - $110,000 per year, based on experience.
