Key Responsibilities- Provide primary and specialty care to patients in an outpatient setting
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
- Conduct routine check-ups, diagnose and treat illnesses, and prescribe medications as needed
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest medical advancements and best practices
- Work closely with our team to ensure seamless patient care and excellent outcomes
- At least 1 to 2 years of post-graduate advanced practitioner experience
