Position Overview

Adamas Building Services is a premier organization dedicated to offering exceptional property management solutions, specializing in providing top-tier services for luxury residential and commercial properties around the clock. Our commitment to excellence ensures that we consistently surpass client expectations.

We are currently seeking a distinguished Concierge with a strong background in managing luxury residential environments. As a recognized leader in the Residential Services sector, we operate across various locations in New Jersey, with current opportunities available.

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, On-Call during weekends

Compensation: $17.80 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service to residents and guests.
  • Welcome and assist residents and visitors to ascertain their needs.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in computer usage.
  • Exhibit professionalism, reliability, and superior customer service abilities.
  • Maintain effective communication with the lead concierge and management team.

Qualifications:

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage tasks effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Capability to handle multiple responsibilities without sacrificing quality.
  • Dependable and punctual, with flexibility in working hours.
  • Must successfully complete comprehensive background checks.
  • Proficient in computer applications.
