Job OpportunityWe are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Orthodontic Assistant to join our team at 360 Orthodontics in Santa Clarita, CA.

About the Role:
  • Assist our orthodontists and dental hygienists with patient care and treatment.
  • Provide exceptional patient service and ensure a positive experience for all patients.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and charts.
  • Assist with sterilization and disinfection of equipment and instruments.
  • Participate in ongoing training and education to stay current with industry developments and best practices.
Requirements and Skills:
  • X-Ray Certification
  • DA, OA, or RDA Certification
  • X-rays and photos
  • CPR and/or BLS certification
  • Chair side assisting
  • Charting
  • Setting up/breaking down chairs
  • Sterilization
  • Assist in placing and removing orthodontic appliances.
  • Full records including taking panos, cephs, photos.
  • Prepare and arrange needed tools and instruments for scheduled procedures.
  • Bonding banding, de-bonding, making clear retainer, impressions.
