Baylor Scott & White Health - Central Texas is seeking an experienced Research Scientist to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our research program, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with top experts and drive innovation in population health research.
About the Role:
We are looking for a highly skilled Research Scientist with a strong background in epidemiology or health services research. You will be responsible for conducting cutting-edge research, analyzing data, and developing evidence-based solutions to improve patient outcomes.
The successful candidate will have a PhD in Social Science and a proven track record of extramural funding. Experience with informatics, multi-level modeling, and electronic health records is highly desirable.
Responsibilities:
- Design and conduct research studies to investigate population health trends and outcomes
- Develop and implement advanced statistical models to analyze large datasets
- Collaborate with clinicians and researchers to develop and disseminate research findings
- Mentor junior investigators and promote collaborative research relationships
- Develop and lead educational programs to enhance clinical research skills among healthcare staff
Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition, you will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
