Palliative Care Opportunity
**About the Role**
We are seeking a Palliative Nurse Practitioner to join our team in Beaver, Pennsylvania. As a Palliative Nurse Practitioner, you will work with elderly patients in nursing homes, providing high-quality care and support.
**Responsibilities**
* Provide palliative care to patients in nursing homes
* Work collaboratively with healthcare teams to develop and implement care plans
* Conduct thorough assessments and develop treatment plans to improve patient outcomes
* Educate patients and families on disease management and self-care
* Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions
**Requirements**
* Current, unrestricted Pennsylvania NP license
* Ability to obtain DEA licensure/Prescriptive Authority
* Monday-Friday schedule with 8 working daylight hours
* On-call schedule (not every week)
**Benefits**
* Competitive salary range of $100,000-$115,000 depending on experience
* Health benefits and 20 days of accrued PTO
* 401K plan (after 6 months)
* All licenses covered
* Malpractice coverage provided by the company
* $3,000 CME budget given each anniversary year, after 90 days
