Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely Operate a Heavy or Tractor-Trailer Truck: Ensure the safe transportation of cargo by adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.
  • Load and Unload Cargo: Properly secure and handle cargo to prevent damage or loss.
  • Track and Document Activity Log: Maintain accurate records of trips, including hours driven, fuel consumption, and any issues encountered.
  • Report Incidents: Notify dispatch of any incidents or issues that may impact the safety of the cargo or other road users.
  • Inspect Truck: Conduct regular inspections of the truck before and after each trip to ensure it is in good working condition.

Requirements:

  • Commercial Driver's License: Possess a valid CDL with the necessary endorsements for heavy haulage.
