Job Title: Skilled Nursing Facility Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at Crescent City Recruitment Group in Waverly, NY.

Salary:$75,000 - $90,000 per year, based on experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments of residents' communication abilities and develop personalized therapy plans.
  • Deliver one-on-one and group therapy sessions to residents, using a variety of techniques to promote effective communication.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure that residents receive comprehensive care.
  • Maintain accurate records of resident assessments, progress notes, and discharge summaries.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field required.
  • New York State license to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist required.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with residents, family members, and healthcare professionals.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or similar setting preferred.
