We are seeking a skilled Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our team at Hollywood Premier Healthcare Center in Los Angeles, CA. As an LVN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with our healthcare team.
Key Responsibilities- Assess patients and develop individualized care plans in accordance with physician orders.
- Supervise and mentor LVNs and certified nursing assistants to ensure excellent patient care.
- Communicate effectively with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Document patient assessments and care plans in compliance with company policies and standards.
- Educate patients and their families on health-related issues and provide support as needed.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a valid State licensure as an LVN.
- Current CPR certification and medical insurance with Rx benefits.
- Medical insurance with Rx benefits, dental insurance, and vision care.
- 401k retirement savings plan and paid vacation.
