We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Coordinating Professional for Graduate Education to join our team at the Keck Graduate Institute.
">Job Description:
In this full-time, benefits-eligible position, you will provide academic and administrative support operations to our program directors, ensuring the smooth operation of our graduate programs.
">Key Responsibilities:
- Provide clerical and office support, including typing, filing, phone work, mass mailings, data gathering, and database entry work as assigned.
- Prepare documents, collaborate with instructors, process reimbursements, coordinate events, and perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Possess intermediate to advanced experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Demonstrate proficient written and oral communication skills.
- Exhibit strong organizational and time management skills and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Possess good judgment and the ability to interact positively with various personalities and constituencies.
