We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager / Sales Assistant / Junior Assistant Sales Manager to join our team at Solaris Solutions in a permanent position.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Actively promote our products to distributors, retailers, and customers to ensure that all ARCTIC products are listed.
  • Train various sales representatives of distributors on ARCTIC products and services.
  • Distribute regular sales materials, newsletters, and new product information to all customers.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them.
  • Maintain and foster strong relationships with existing customers.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies in consultation with your supervisor.
  • Regularly communicate with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and developments, and share knowledge with the team.
