Estimated Salary Range
$143,100 - $264,200 per year, depending on your skills, qualifications, and experience.

Job Description

As a Cellular Embedded Software Engineer, you'll be responsible for identifying and/or developing core cellular technologies that solve everyday problems for customers using iPhone, iPad, Watch, and other wireless product lines. You'll work across layers on groundbreaking cellular technologies, collaborating with multi-functional teams to drive innovation and deliver exceptional user experiences. This role involves coming up with innovative solutions to complex technical challenges, working closely with cross-functional teams, and continuously improving our products to meet the evolving needs of our customers.

Required Skills and Qualifications

We're looking for highly motivated and self-directed individuals with strong software engineering skills, including design, programming (using C, C++), scripting (Python preferred, Perl), and debugging. Excellent debugging skills and the ability to thrive in a collaborative environment are essential. You should be obsessively passionate and inquisitive, seeking to solve everyday problems in innovative ways. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent is required. Experience with cellular protocol stacks, such as 2G, 3G, LTE, and 5G NR, is highly desirable.
