About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated Medical Assistant Professional to join our team at Yale New Haven Health. In this role, you will provide essential support to our physicians and providers, ensuring the highest level of patient care and satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform patient care responsibilities as assigned, including setting up instruments and equipment according to department protocol.
  • Assist and/or perform chaperone duties for patient medical procedures as needed.
  • Abstract new patient records into EPIC and send/receive patient medical records.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; graduation from an accredited medical assistant certificate program preferred.
  • Certification/Registration (CCMA/CMA/AAMA/RMA) is preferred.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and customer service skills required.

Compensation and Perks:

The estimated salary for this role is $50,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a competitive compensation package, including bonuses and professional development opportunities.
